Together for Looked-after Children – known as TLC – is a local charity which helps improve opportunities and outcomes for children in care and care leavers in Calderdale.

Our challenge is to identify needs and aspirations which would not be funded without our support. The funds we raise with our supporters go towards projects developed in partnership with the local authority, schools and carers.

Since the launch of TLC, the young people we help have asked to be known as ‘Children Looked After’ and over 18s are ‘Care Leavers’.
